Thermcraft Tube Furnaces
Thermcraft manufacturs tube furnaces for many types of industrial and laboratory applications. Each tube furnace can be custom made to exact specifications that you provide. Our staff will work hand in hand with you to create the size and design that will best fit your requirements.
Industrial and lab solid tube furnaces and hinged split tube furnaces are available in many configurations that include single zone or multiple zone heated chambers, they can be mounted horizontally or vertically and operate in temperature ranges up to 1010°C, 1204°C, 1538°C, or 1700°C (1850°F, 2200°F, 2800°F, or 3092°F). Options include pneumatic openers, view ports, standard controls and PLC controls, just to mention a few. If you can imagine it, Thermcraft can build it. The Hinged Split Tube Furnace shown here is available with I.D.’s ranging from 0.75” to 36”, and almost any length. They can be designed with single zone or multi zone configurations and maximum operating temperatures of up to 1200°C (2200°F).
Thermcraft’s Hinged High Temperature Split Tube Furnaces are for applications that need temperatures up to 1530°C (2800°F). We can customize our tube furnaces to be single zone or multiple zone configurations, and design them for vertical or horizontal operation. The furnace pictured has (SiC) silicone carbide heating elements. Higher temperature furnaces can be designed with (MoSi2) molybdenum disilicide heating elements and insulation rated for temperatures up to 1700°C (3092°F).
This Vertical Split Tube Furnace has three zones with ceramic refractory heating elements capable of temperatures up to 1200°C (2200°F). It is mounted on a portable heavy duty stand that can be relocated as required. Heated chamber: 7” ID X 36” high.
The Horizontal Solid Tube Furnace shown here has ends bored to accept ceramic process tubes and is an economical solution for your heating requirements. An optional base can be custom made to fit your needs.
This Rotary Tube Furnace comes complete with DC variable speed control and temperature control system. The rotary tube furnace can be for industrial or laboratory use and is cost effective for Research and Development environments.
This large solid tube furnace was designed as a rotary calcinator furnace. A process tube rotates inside the furnace, transferring product through the various heat zones. It has metallic sheath elements that are more densly populated at in areas that require more heat due to process specifications.
