Thermcraft High Temperature Split Tube Furnace

This hinged series of high temperature tube furnaces uses heating elements made from silicon carbide and mounted below and above the heating chamber. To reach maximum temperature uniformity and thermal efficiency our Split Tube Furnace is designed with graded layers of insulation along with insulating vestibules. This allows high temperatures of 1530°C (2800°F) to be reached.

Heat-Treating can be carried out in a number of ways with our wide selection of high temperature tube furnaces. This tube furnace can be designed for horizontal or vertical operation. Our furnaces / ovens can normally be customized to fit the operations of your plant or laboratory facility. Lab ovens are also available for R & D but in a smaller version. All furnace and oven designs can be customized to offer a temperature control packages that will be fit your laboratory or manufacturing plants requirements.
