Here is Thermcraft’s “Hinged Split Tube Furnace”. It is designed for vertical or horizontal operation, and the hinge option allows easy access. The heating elements use silicon carbide that allow for high temperatures of up to 1204°C (2200°F). The IDs are available from 0.75” to 36” and can be custom made to fit the requirements that your products may need. From single zone to multi-zone configurations, these hinged split tube furnaces can be engineered to other specifications.

Designed by our engineers for peak performance this unit can be custom built in a short time and shipped to your plant. We also offer the ability to build on-site. This gives you the option of supervising the construction of your tube furnace and make modifications if necessary to fit your product line, or add additional features.
