High Temperature Tube Furnaces

Hinged split tube and solid tube furnaces are available in two standard series': single and three zone. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically and operate in three temperature ranges: up to 1010°C, 1204°C and 1538°C (1850°F, 2200°F and 2800°F). THERMCRAFT'S 'S-LINE' is available in a variety of sizes, with a maximum temperature of 1200°C (2192°F) with ceramic half-cylinder heating element sections. All units have, as a standard, a low mass, lightweight, Fibercraft® ceramic fiber insulation. The THERMCRAFT'S 'S-LINE' is available in three (3) basic styles; these are in PDF format. Hinged Split Tube Furnace

The hinged split tube furnace is available in lds from 0.75" to 36" and to lengths to meet your requirements. They can be designed with single zone or multi configurations and maximum operating temperatures to 1204°C (2200°F).

High Temperature Split Tube Furnace

This hinged split tube furnace has silicon carbide elements for temperatures up to 1538°C (2800°F). Designed for vertical or horizontal operation.

Vertical Split Tube Furnace

This is a vertical, three zone split tube furnace with separately hinged furnace halves. It has a variable speed DC drive mechanism built into the base to turn a customer supplied retort. Heated chamber: 7" ID x 36" high.

These furnaces are some high quality of our "S" line but are custom fabricated to your specifications we can supply these with special zone lengths, number of zones, temperature ratings, product supports, penetrations for retorts or sample parts etc.
