High Temperature Tube Furnaces
Thermcraft is a manufacturer of high temperature tube furnaces for many types of industrial and laboratory facilities. Each tube furnace/oven can be custom made to fit the specifications that you have provided. Our engineers work hand in hand with you to create the size and design that will best fit your production requirements.
Industrial / lab solid tube furnaces and hinged split tube furnaces are available in two standard series: single and three zone. They can be mounted horizontally or vertically and operate in three temperature ranges: up to 1010°C, 1204°C and 1538°C (1850°F, 2200°F and 2800°F). Custom designs are available for operations to 1700°C (3092 °F). There are a variety of tube furnaces that have different applications or options to each depending on the industrial or laboratory environment it will be used in.
Standard temperature ranges are 1010°C, 1260°C and 1538°C (1850°F, 2300°F and 2800°F). Special designs are available for operations to 1700°C (3092 °F). Options include pneumatically operated vertical life doors, welded and gas tight shell with ports for use with sealed atmosphere, heated doors, view ports and quench tanks. Custom “S Line” High Temperature Tube Furnace

Thermcraft’s High Temperature Tube Furnaces are available in a variety of sizes that can be custom made to the specifications that you provide to us. This tube furnace/oven has a maximum temperature of 1200°C (2192°F) with ceramic half-cylinder heating elements sections. All “S Line” furnaces have as a standard, a low mass, lightweight, Fibercraft® ceramic fiber insulation. These industrial furnaces / ovens can also be incorporated into your Research & Development department and be designed to fit your laboratory. Hinged Split Tube Furnace

The Hinged Split Tube Furnace shown here is available in ID’s from 0.75” to 36”, and to lengths that can meet the requirements that your products will need. They can be designed with single zone or multi zone configurations and maximum operating temperatures of up to 1204°C (2200°F). |
High Temperature Split Tube Furnace

Thermcraft’s hinged High Temperature Split Tube Furnaces are for applications in which temperatures reach up to 1530°C (2800°F). We can customize our tube furnaces to be available in single zone or three zone configurations, and design them for vertical or horizontal operation. |
Vertical Split Tube Furnace

Thermcraft’s Vertical Split Tube Furnace has three zones with separately hinged furnace halves. It has a variable speed DC drive mechanism built into the base to turn a customer supplied retort. Heated chamber: 7” ID X 36” high. |
Horizontal Solid Tube Furnace
