The Table below compares the new element's profile to our standard element. The table shows the deviation of axial temperature from the center of the furnace (10") to the last four inches at each end. The controller was set at various settings to show the consistency of the profiles.

All data was collected from the same 2 1/2" x 20" (57mm x 510mm) furnace. Only the element was changed. The profiles are representative; however, each furnace will vary.
