Thermcraft Walking Beam Furnace / Oven

The Walking Beam Furnace / Oven can be custom made to fit your needs. The one shown here comes with a charge table, a conveyor to move your product and load/unload manipulator handling equipment that can be custom built for your products. These industrial systems offer high temperatures and can operate up to 1370°C (2498°F). The heated chamber can be custom made in different sizes for larger or smaller loads, but the oven / furnace shown here is 24” high x 240” wide x 120” deep.

The system comes complete with a three zone temperature control and programmable logic controller that gives your manufacturing plant automatic operation to save money and increases efficiency. This type of furnace / oven can be custom made on location or in our plant and transported and assembled on site.
