Thermcraft Gas Fired Car Bottom Furnace

This custom designed Gas Fired Car Bottom Furnace was created for the foundry industry. This high temperature furnace/oven was designed to have a heated chamber 240” deep, 96” wide and 120” high. It has the capability to reach high temperatures of up to 1204°C (2200°F). This equipment gives the operator a wide range of lower temperatures to use depending on the product being heat treated.

Thermcraft has a design team that can custom create many other unique high temperature industrial ovens and furnaces for heat treating many types of products. We have work crews that are available to work onsite so you can easily oversee the project. Turn-Key systems are available with startup by personnel from Thermcraft.
