Thermcraft Mesh Belt Conveyor Industrial Furnaces / Ovens

The Mesh Belt Conveyor industrial Furnace is a unique oven that offers a heated chamber 15’ long with a 24” wide belt and the ability to inspect the various sections through the inspection/maintenance access ports. These access ports allow for easier performance of daily maintenance and rapid repair of any problems that could slow down production.

This conveyor furnace has 72” long load/unload areas with variable speed belt drives. This allows for adjustment of the load/unload belt speed for the most efficient operation. The oven offers over-temperature protection and a chart recorder to track the operating process. This furnace is rated for maximum operating temperatures of 1000°C (1850°F). The size of the heated chamber is 12” high x 24” wide x 180” long.
