Thermcraft Industrial Control Panel with LED Digital Display

Control packages offer many options such as LED digital display, programmable temperature controllers, SCR power control modules, over-temperature controllers, alarms, chart recorders and timers. Control systems are fused, inter-wired and ready for use when shipped.

THERMCRAFT'S 'QD' (Quick Delivery) Control Systems are available in single or three-zone configurations, with or with out high temperature protection. 'QD' Control Systems are either 115 volts or 230 volts and range from 20 to 70 amps. Single set point temperature controllers as well as two (2) programmable systems are ready for shipment within ten (10) working days from order placement.

Programmable two zone floor model temperature control enclosures with high limit protection. Includes main circuit breaker and DC motor speed control.

Eight zone computerized control. Allows for manual programmable furnace control or for automatic programming using Thermcraft's exclusive software package. The software package permits complete programmed furnace temperature control as well as control of linear furnace speed and acceleration. Printer provides hard copy of temperature profiles and all other data.
